Carolyn Nicholson, CCHRA(C), B.A., M.Div.

Carolyn is a principal and founder of Columba Bay Training and Development. She is a highly experienced manager, leader, trainer and facilitator with 25 years experience. She is a Certified Riso-Hudson Enneagram teacher.

Carolyn's greatest asset is her ability to understand emotional intelligence needs in the workplace and to bring the emotional intelligence tool, the Enneagram, to bear on resolving workplace issues and giving businesses and 'edge' in taking their business to new levels of success.
